However if for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we operate a 7-day return policy.
7 day return policy
To intiate a return(s) request, please use the automated process in your user account. The procedure for this is as follows:
- Ensure you are logged in to your account
- Select "Orders History" on the left hand side of the screen
- Search for all orders to present a list of all your previous orders
- Click on the relevant order number
- This will then present the invoice for this particular order
- At this point, please click the "Create Return" link at the top of this screen
- Select the product(s) you wish to request a return for and indicate the reason(s) for the return request
- We will be in touch within one working day to update you on your return request
All returns must be sent back unworn and in a saleable condition with all swing tickets attached by the original means. Exchange products should also include size and colour required.
Refunds are offered on goods that have been given a valid returns number and have been returned within 7 days. The refund can only be made to the card that was used to purchase the goods.
