Lyle and Scott was founded in 1874 in the Scottish Borders town of Hawick by William Lyle and Walker Scott. They collaborated with Christian Dior way before the days of Hypebeast in 1954.
Lyle and Scott first started to produce the knitwear they are know for today in 1926. The knitwear was immediately worn by the golfers of the time as it is now and still has distinct golfing influences.
Here at atticclothing.com we present the Lyle and Scott Vintage range. Launched in 2003 with slimmer silhouettes and represented by the golden eagle that first appeared in 1960.
