UK
UK Shipping is FREE for orders of £90 or over and FREE Next Working Day for orders of £150 or over. Standard delivery is £3.95 with an option to upgrade to UPS Next Working Day for £4.95.
All UK orders must be signed for. All orders placed before 3pm will be shipped that day (provided payment has cleared).
Please note packages are despatched and received on week days (excluding public holidays). In certain circumstances we may use an alternate courier for the same service or an upgraded service free of charge.
UK - Click and Collect
For all click and collect orders please bring a printout or e-mail of your order confirmation, the payment card and identification. If the payment cardholder is not collecting the package the person collecting must present a printout or e-mail of the order confirmation, as well as their own photo identification (passport or photo driving licence only).
Please do not attempt collection until you receive a further e-mail confirming that your package is ready for collection. Approximate collection time is 3 working days.
International
Services used are Royal Mail International Signed For or DHL where available.
International shipping can take between 3 to 7 days.
International shipping is based on weight. The maximum weight for one order is 30Kg within the EU and 15kg outwith the EU, anything over these weights must be placed on a new order.
Any customs and taxes due in the delivery country are the responsibility of the buyer.
Within the EU:
Under 500g is £6
From 500g to 999g is £9
From 1Kg to 1.49Kg is £15
From 1.5Kg to 2.99Kg is £25
From 3Kg to 30Kg is £35
Out with the EU:
Under 500g is £10
From 500g to 999g is £18
From 1Kg to 1.49Kg is £25
From 1.5Kg to 2.99Kg is £35
From 3Kg to 15Kg is £50
